Prior to pursuing her master's in mental health counseling, Kara worked in various capacities within healthcare. As a hospital operations manager and a director at a digital health company specializing in women’s health, Kara has been deeply immersed in addressing healthcare challenges from both organizational and individual angles.
Kara is completing her Master of Education (M.Ed) in Mental Health Counseling, complemented by master’s degrees in Public Health (MPH) and Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University. This multidisciplinary education equips Kara with a comprehensive understanding of the interconnected factors influencing mental well-being, from public health policies to organizational dynamics.
