Using an eclectic range of approaches grounded in evidence, she provides compassionate, individualized care tailored to every patient she serves.
Lily has built a strong foundation in mental health counseling through her graduate training at the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University, following her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University. She has experience as a crisis counselor with Crisis Text Line, where she provided immediate emotional support and intervention to individuals in distress. She has also worked in an inpatient psychiatry unit at Stamford Health, supporting patients and collaborating with clinical teams in a hospital setting.
