Currently completing her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at New York University, Elaina brings a solid foundation of knowledge and practical experience to her role. Before her graduate studies, she served as a research assistant in various research labs, focusing on anxiety and depression, thereby enhancing her understanding of evidence-based practices. Additionally, her tenure in a medical office setting has enriched her perspective on healthcare dynamics, further informing her clinical approach.
