Talia Rosenberg, LCSW is a compassionate and solutions-focused psychotherapist who works with individuals navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, and relationship challenges. She employs an integrative and individualized approach, tailoring each session to the unique needs, goals, and values of every patient.
Talia draws upon evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Her work is grounded in compassion-based practices and guided by the belief that meaningful change is achievable through insight, emotional flexibility, and behavioral action. With a strong foundation in neuroscience and mind-body awareness, she empowers patients to recognize the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. As a Certified Anxiety Treatment Professional, she collaborates with patients to reduce suffering, build resilience, and strengthen their sense of self.

In addition to her clinical work, Talia serves as Internship Program Director at Gotham Psychotherapy, acting as a liaison between the practice and local universities. Gotham Psychotherapy maintains strong academic partnerships with Columbia University’s Master of Education in Counseling Psychology program and New York University’s Master of Arts in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness program. Through her leadership, Talia provides training, mentorship, and supervision to graduate interns, ensuring they receive a comprehensive experience that prepares them to become competent, well-rounded mental health professionals.
