Insurance
Gotham Psychotherapy accepts select private insurance policies and can assist you in determining whether our services are covered under your plan.
Payment
Cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay), Zelle, and Venmo. Health Savings Account (HSA), Flex Spending Account (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) cards are NOT accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified Carla at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
